Friends of the Library

Friends of the Libraries

The Friends of the Libraries at Temple University support the acquisition and operation of the libraries as well as promote awareness of and interest in the library.

Private funds are vital in the purchase of books and services. Gifts from Friends also underwrite exhibitions, acquisitions, and preservation of rare and significant collections that benefit both Temple and the outside community-at-large.

Friends of the Libraries enjoy many benefits including a borrowing card, access to all our online resources from computers in our libraries, bi-annual newsletters, and invitations to special programs.

Honor with Books

Honor someone special with a personalized bookplate. For each gift of $100, the library will place a bookplate in honor or memory of someone special. Click here for Add a bookplate request form.
