This collection consists of two volumes.
ACQUISITION INFORMATION
This collection was transferred to the Urban Archives from the Special Collections Department. The materials were originally donated by Dr. Jacob Gruber, Temple Anthropology, and had been part of the Teeters, Temple Sociology, Collection.
INVENTORY
Volume 1
Bonds transferring residents’ personal and other property to the Old Ladies Home, signed by the resident and witnesses,
Nos. 1- 299, April, 1924 - February, 1940.
Volume 2
Ledger volume with entries for each resident including name, birth date and place, date of Home entrance, death date,
funeral arrangements, and relatives. Entries record information from 1890 - 1952.
