The Early Republic currently includes 17 volumes of digitized primary material documenting the actions, debates, and thoughts of the First Federal Congress and its members as collected by the First Federal Congress Project (FFCP) and published by the Johns Hopkins University Press. These volumes of the Documentary History of the First Federal Congress are used by Congress, historians, political scientists, and jurists to understand the most important and productive Congress in United States history.
Eighteenth Century Collections Online
Eighteenth Century Collections Online is a collection of English and foreign language books, directories, pamphlets, bibles, sheet music, sermons, advertisements and other ephemera published in the U.K. and the Americas between 1701 and 1800. Content is presented as full text page images which can be viewed online or downloaded as PDF documents. The collection is an ongoing project based on The English Short Title Catalogue (ESTC), a machine-readable union list of the holdings of the British Library, as well as those from more than 1,500 university, private, and public libraries worldwide. With full-text search capabilities across 180,000 titles (33 million pages), this collection provides multidisciplinary research opportunities not possible until now.

Hague Academy Collected Courses Online
The Hague Academcy Collected Courses Online is the electronic version of the longstanding book series on international law: Collected Courses of the Hague Academy of International Law.

The Hague Academy of International Law, founded in 1923, is the prestigious international institution for the study and teaching of public and private international law and related subjects. The work of the Academy receives the support and recognition of the UN. Its purpose is to encourage a thorough and impartial examination of the problems arising from international relations in the field of law.

The courses deal with the theoretical and practical aspects of the subject, including legislation and case law. They are given by the most prominent legal specialists in the world. All courses at the Academy are published in the language in which they were delivered, either in English or in French.

The Collected Courses Online now covers more than 330 volumes (150,000 pages) containing over 1200 lectures given over a period of 85 years. At least seven new volumes are added every year. The result is a constantly growing fully searchable encyclopedic collection on international law.

Justis is the full-text, online library of UK, Irish and EU case law and legislation dating back to 1163. Documentation is available for both caselaw and legislation (pdf). Justis includes acts of Parliament (UK) from 1707 onward, acts of Parliament (Scotland) from 1999, acts of the Northern Ireland Assembly from 2000, and acts of Parliament (England) from 1235 to 1706. The latter are derived from Ruffhead's edition of the Statutes at Large up to 1866, thereafter from HMSO. The collection also includes Statutory Instruments from 1949 and Statutory Orders from 1671. Finally, Justis UK also includes Church Assembly and General Synod Measures from 1920.

Max Planck Encyclopedia of Public International Law
The Max Planck Encyclopedia of Public International Law is a fully updated online edition of the Encyclopedia of Public International Law published in print between 1991 and 2001 under the general editorship of Rudolf Bernhardt. The online edition includes search functionality and click-through cross references to other Encyclopedia entries as well as related content in the online service Oxford Reports on International Law. New materials will be added periodically. The August 2008 addition of 450 items included articles on the fragmentation of international law, genocide, and the Taliban. The encyclopedia covers over 700 topics with increased coverage of international criminal law, international dispute settlement, trade law, and environmental law.

ProQuest Legislative Insight is a Federal legislative history service that makes available thoroughly researched compilations of digital full text publications created by Congress during the process leading up to the enactment of U.S. Public Laws. The legislative histories are comprised of fully searchable PDFs of full-text publications generated in the course of congressional lawmaking. These include the full text of the Public Law itself, all versions of related bills, law-specific Congressional Record excerpts, committee hearings, reports, and prints. Also included are Presidential signing statements, CRS reports, and miscellaneous congressional publications that provide background material to aid in the understanding of issues related to the making of the law.

TRACFED
The Transactional Records Access Clearinghouse (TRAC) is a nonpartisan data gathering, data research and data distribution organization associated with Syracuse University. TRAC has designed, constructed, and maintains a data warehouse that provides information of unprecedented accuracy, magnitude, and ease of use. The TRACFed warehouse data comes from many U.S. Federal government databases, largely through the Freedom of Information Act. Computerized data are suplemented by statistical reports, hardcover publications, and interviews with current and former government officials, attorneys, and agency data processing specialists. Our warehouse is updated on a regular basis, but the exact schedule is dependent of the release schedule of each agency.

SCRB is derived from two essential reference sources. For the period 1832 (when printed Court records began) through 1915, the documents are based primarily on the holdings of the Jenkins Memorial Law Library, America's first law library, located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. For 1915-1978 the source is the Library of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, a nationally recognized research facility and the single largest member supported law library in the United States.

SCRB features a fully searchable database of approximately 11 million pages and more than 350,000 separate documents. Approximately 150,000 Supreme Court cases are featured, the majority consisting of those for which the Court did not give a full opinion.
