Little Blue Books (LBB), 5 cents Pocket Series (FCPS), 10 cents Pocket Series (TCPS), Peoples Pocket Series (PPS), Pocket Series (PS), and Appeal Pocket Series (APS).  "Cover" and "Title" locations are noted as "C", "T", or "C & T".

Series designations often differed between covers and title-pages, each location is therefore noted for each copy.  If more than one copy is noted with the same designations then there are minor variations such as union printers' devices, etc.  In general priorities of copies or issues are unknown to us.

No publishing dates appear on the title-pages, some copyright dates exist on the verso of the t.p., running 1923-1948.
