Historical Note

The Transit Riders Action Campaign (TRAC) was formed in 1988 by Pennsylvania Citizen Action and the Pennsylvania Public Interest Education Fund to conduct a comprehensive survey of SEPTA services between October 1988 and February 1989.

Description of Collection

This collection contains blank and completed survey books used for the TRAC survey, the TRAC report “Mixed Signals: The First Transit Riders Action Campaign Riders Survey,” and other materials.
