- What should I do if the item I want is not on the shelf?
- You can alert library staff by using the search form available at http://library.temple.edu/services/forms/search_request.jsp. You might receive the item faster if you place a request for the item using either E-ZBorrow or ILLiad. For details, see http://library.temple.edu/services/ill/.
- What should I do if the item I want is already checked out?
- We suggest you try to request a copy through E-ZBorrow. Available copies generally arrive within 3-4 business days. If no copy is available use ILLIAD. You can also recall Temple's copy by going to http://library.temple.edu/services/forms/recall_request.jsp. It can take up to two weeks for a recall book to be returned.

In addition, some materials listed in the Diamond catalog, such as those in the CLA Educational Technology Center and the Career Development Library, do not belong to the library and cannot be requested.
