Visit & Study at the Loretta C. Duckworth Scholars Studio
The Loretta C. Duckworth Scholars Studio is a space for collaborative work in areas of research and technology, digital humanities, digital arts, gaming, making, big data and others. It contains technical equipment and software for a variety of activities including textual analysis, working with big data, working in and creating 3D spaces, geospatial technology, games and visualizations.
Staff in the LCDSS are knowledgeable in a many of these areas and can assist you or your class in getting started or working with these technologies. The LCDSS also provides recommendations and support for project design and project management of digital projects.
An open and configurable area for group work and making activities is available as well as a large visualization room and two smaller private group breakout rooms all reside within the LCDSS.
