Film Screening and Panel: Food, Community, and GMOs in Food Evolution

Please join us at the Reel for a screening of Food Evolution, a controversial documentary by Scott Hamilton Kennedy (2016) and narrated by Neil deGrasse Tyson. This film, which has attracted some controversy, delves into the heated arguments around GMOs and attempts to reset the conversation.
After the screening, there will be a multi-disciplinary conversation moderated by Professor Patrick Murphy, Department of Media Studies and Production. Panelists include:
