Write a Winning Conference Proposal (Skills in September series)

Tue, Sep 24, 2019 | 12:00 pm

This is the final installment in this month’s Skills in September series, where we hope to help build your professional skills in publishing and presenting! Are you interested in gaining professional experience by presenting at a conference? Do you have wisdom and research to share with the world? Come to this workshop to learn how to write a winning conference proposal! We’ll examine the process for applying to a call for proposals at health, medical, and educational conferences. Tips for writing presentation titles, abstracts, learning outcomes, and more will be explored. We’ll look at best practices for successful proposals and make recommendations for how you can get the most out of your conference experience. Please contact Courtney Eger, courtney.eger@temple.edu with any questions or to RSVP for a group of 15 or more.
