REDCap Intermediate (Online)

Wed, May 20, 2020 | 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm

This workshop will be offered as an online session via Zoom. We encourage you to register for this workshop. On the day of the workshop, use this link to connect via Zoom: https://temple.zoom.us/j/92980926091 You do not need a video camera or a microphone, but you will need an audio connection to hear the instructor.

This hands-on workshop focuses on building intermediate REDCap skills. While REDCap can be used to collect virtually any type of data (including 21 CFR Part 11, FISMA, and HIPAA-compliant environments), it is specifically geared to support online or offline data capture for clinical research studies and operations. Will Dean, Research and Data Services Librarian at the Ginsburg Health Sciences Library, will show you how to create a more complicated and collaborative REDCap Project. We will go over using branching logic to hide and show fields, add collaborators and control what data they can access (user rights, roles and data access groups), create longitudinal research study events in your project, schedule surveys for particular times, and import data.

It is recommended that you register for this workshop ahead of time so a REDCap account can be created for you, if you do not already have one.

This is part of a series of three workshops on REDCap. You can sign up for the others here:
