Events & Exhibits
Every year, the Libraries invite artists, writers, scholars, and experts in a variety of fields to address topics of importance to Temple and the surrounding community. We call this event series Beyond the Page.
This fall, in light of a year marked by two public health crises, we’ll explore the theme of Interruption. Join us as we go virtual to examine how Temple researchers and our communities responded in unprecedented times. Together, we’ll look ahead to our future as a university, a city, and a nation.
We'll continue to bring you a variety of events, including Beyond the Notes concerts, offerings from the Charles L. Blockson Afro-American Collection, and programming from the Health Sciences Libraries. Our book club series will unpack novels that relate to disruption. Our librarians will teach workshops on a wide range of topics, emphasizing Change and Action.
As always, our events are free and open to all. We hope to see you on Zoom.
