Biographical Note
Hallward was the founder of the Woodlands Press and an artist, whose work was strongly influenced by the mystical painter Samuel Palmer and James Guthrie, the founder of the Pear Tree Press.
Description of Collection
Contains letters written to Hallward from various correspondents, as well as three pen and ink drawings, one photograph, and a typescript of a short story by Ruth Harriette Saunders.
