Costs and policies

Printing costs depend on your current affiliation as a student, faculty, staff member, recent alumni, or guest at Temple. Currently-enrolled Temple University students paying the University Services Fee receive a free printing quota, while faculty and staff may pay for printing through their Diamond Dollars account.

ITS outlines the policies for printing on campus.

Cash printing

Cash printing is currently not available to patrons. Community patrons can request a complimentary print at the One Stop Assistance Desk.

Photocopy

Xerox copiers are available in multiple locations for personal photocopying in black and white (and color at Charles). Machines accept Diamond Dollars and cash.

Our photocopiers are all configured with automatic document feeders and can make double sided copies. Xerox stocks our copiers with recycled paper.

Patrons assume responsibilities of copyright law
