The Frederic S. Schroeder and Family Green Roof is the second largest green roof in Philadelphia, covering approximately 70% of the building’s roof surface. Planted with upwards of 15 different species, the green roof collects and stores most precipitation, mitigating the impact on the City’s stormwater system.
